Committee of Directors of International Cooperation approves recommendations to strengthen coordination among GCC interior ministries
Riyadh, KSA: The State of Qatar participated in the fourth Meeting of the Committee of Directors of International Cooperation at the GCC Ministries of Interior, held at the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) in Riyadh.
The Qatari delegation was headed by Lieutenant Colonel Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Thani, Head of the Gulf and Arabian Affairs Section at the Ministry of Interior’s Department of International Cooperation.
According to a statement, the committee reviewed a number of agenda items related to enhancing joint cooperation among GCC member states. Participants approved several recommendations aimed at strengthening coordination and expanding cooperation between the interior ministries of the GCC countries in support of regional security and collaborative efforts.
