Paris: Secretary-General of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Arsenio Dominguez, said Monday that no country has the right to close the Strait of Hormuz to maritime traffic. Doha: Commercial Bank (a Qatari public shareholding company) reported a 23 percent decrease in net profit for the first quarter of this year, reaching QR 501.4 million, compared to QR 651.4 million for the same period in 2025.
