Doha: HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman bin Hassan Al-Thani has discussed defense cooperation and regional developments with HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore Dr Vivian Balakrishnan.
The meeting took place on Tuesday during the Singaporean minister’s visit to the State of Qatar and focused on the latest security developments in the region, as well as ways to enhance joint coordination amid current challenges.
Officials from both sides, including senior military officers, attended the talks, which form part of ongoing efforts to strengthen bilateral ties between the two countries.
