Washington: A new study conducted by researchers at Pennsylvania State University in the United States has shown that high blood sugar levels in mothers during pregnancy may increase the risk of obesity and diabetes in their children later in life, even in cases where the mother is not formally diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Doha: HE Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi met on Sunday with HE Dr. Gunter Sautter, Political and Security Advisor to the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, who is currently visiting the country. Doha: More than 150 Texas A&M University at Qatar engineering students have earned their diplomas, marking a new generation of engineering leaders prepared to contribute to Qatar’s knowledge economy and communities around the world. The Class of 2026 includes graduates with bachelor’s degrees in chemical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and petroleum engineering, as well as students who earned master’s degrees in chemical engineering.
