Doha: A social protection center in Doha has launched a community awareness campaign aimed at protecting children from violence, in coordination with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. The Protection and Social Rehabilitation Center (Aman), part of the Qatar Foundation for Social Work, said the initiative targets parents and staff in public and private schools and kindergartens, including social and psychological specialists, to raise awareness about violence and bullying. Doha: Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) has announced that 29 of its health centers have renewed their GSAS Operations certification for sustainable operations under the Global Sustainability Assessment System developed by the Gulf Organization for Research and Development, also known as GORD.The corporation said several facilities achieved high performance ratings, including platinum and gold classifications, reflecting standards in operational sustainability, resource efficiency and indoor environmental quality.The achievement marks a significant milestone for the organization, which said it had become the first government entity in Qatar to renew GSAS Operations certifications for a second cycle.
