Doha: Mosanada Facilities Management Services has announced securing a new five-year contract with a joint venture that includes the company to deliver integrated facilities management services for the headquarters complex of QatarEnergy in the West Bay area of Doha.
In a statement published on the Qatar Stock Exchange website on Sunday, the company said the QatarEnergy headquarters complex spans more than 700,000 square meters and comprises ten towers ranging in height from 14 to 47 floors. In West Bay’s central business district, the complex is the main operational hub of one of Qatar’s largest energy companies and is among the country’s most significant institutional developments.
According to the statement, the contract reflects Mosanada’s operational capabilities and extensive experience in delivering facilities management services to major institutional clients across Qatar. The award is also expected to strengthen the company’s existing relationship with QatarEnergy and expand its footprint within the country’s energy sector.
Mosanada added that the new contract enhances its portfolio of long-term, recurring revenue agreements and reinforces its capacity to provide comprehensive facilities management services to large-scale institutions, in line with its track record of supporting major facilities and national events.
