Dr. Majed Al Ansari and Germany’s Political Director review ties and regional developments, including efforts to reinforce the Lebanon ceasefire following the US-Iran memorandum of understanding.
Doha: Advisor to the Prime Minister and Official Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Majed bin Mohammed Al Ansari, met with the Political Director at the German Federal Foreign Office, Dominik Mutter, to discuss bilateral cooperation and regional developments.
The meeting reviewed cooperation relations between Qatar and Germany and explored ways to further strengthen ties across areas of mutual interest.
The two sides also discussed the latest regional developments, with particular focus on diplomatic efforts to reinforce the commitment to the ceasefire in Lebanon. They examined ways to build on these efforts to support regional security and stability following the signing of the memorandum of understanding between the United States and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
